Fall Gardening Symposium

9:00 am to 4:00 pm

A full day of gardening education provided by Colorado Master Gardeners.

  • Perennials- right plant, right place
  • Properly planting trees
  • Composting
  • Vegetable Gardening: Planting, Planning and Prepping for next year.

Cost: $50 (includes lunch of sandwich, chips and soft drink)

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes August 26th.

Colorado Master Gardener Volunteer Recruiting - October 1, 2015

The Colorado Master Gardener program is a volunteer program. The mission of the program is education. Volunteers are selected and trained to deliver educational programming to home gardeners. Acceptance in the program is through an application process and is based on the needs of the program. If you are interested in learning more about the program, please plan to attend the following informational meeting.

  • Thursday, October 1, 2015 from 10:00 to 12:00 at the Extension office, 17 N. Spruce St, 2nd Floor.

It is highly recommended that you attend this meeting in order to receive an application to the program.
